Flow cytometry (from the greek words cyto = cell and metry = measure) is a powerful technique that can provide us with information about the properties of cells (morphology, cellular properties, cell cycle stage, etc.). Its great advantage lies on the potential to analyze individual cells in a population without averaging). Moreover, FACS, a version of flow cytometry, enables the isolation of the populations of interest for subsequent analysis. 1) WBC cluster count CD45 staining was performed with WBC, and CD45-SSC scatter plot was determined as shown in the figure
2) Lymphocyte subsets were analyzed by fluorescent antibody labeling of CD3, CD4 and CD8 to realize the analysis of CD3+CD4+ and CD3+CD8+ subsets
3) Liquid chip detection, which can be used to identify coded fluorescent microspheres, so as to realize detection of free protein molecules.
